Connection Across Time Age of Crisis

The age of crisis is very similar to today. To of that major parts of the age of crisis was the great depression and the rise of dictators. Currently we are in a state of term oil economical. Currently it is not nearly as bad as during the great depression but it has a lot of the same characteristics. Both of the economical problems was a result of war and loans that were not able to be paid back. I think that currently we could be in the same situation as before if we did not learn from our mistakes and catching the problem a little early, having a more stable stock market, and also having the FDIC and much more trust in banks.
The rise of the dictators also creates a similar situation. We have Kim Jung El that we had to deal with, whom caused a lot of distress. Before him we had a lot of problems with Putin in Russia and currently we are still feeling the effects of Hussein. Hussein like Hitler caused a war that brought troubles to the entire world.
